Best 100% custom Skyblock Server with custom Plugin

Hello!
Hey, i'm looking to see if anyone would want to buy this.
This is a server I developed, built and setup 100%.
The server is complete with a spawn, vote area, and ranks (including donor).
I never released the server as I didn't have time to setup the site, and get a good banner etc.

I own the domain skyblocksurvival.com, which is a memorable domain and has potential.
The Skyblock plugin itself is actually really cool it's 100% custom coded with custom features which I've never seen on any other Skyblock plugins. The plugin features:

1. /coop - team up with your friends
2. /visit - Visit online players islands
3. /vote - Vote on how you think other peoples islands look
4. /top - View the top voted islands

When you visit a players island you can vote on the island. Voting on an islands makes it so whatever your island is most voted, it is showed when a player visits you. You are able to check what your island is most voted with /votecheck

Yes I said a custom plugin.

I like your rating system, Would take me not even 10 minutes to make. Everything else I'll go download off of bukkit and have your server. I said I can get a custom plugin, EVERYTHING to my liking since I would be the owner, Including challenges, MultiWorld support, Events and Island rating.

I feel like it's not the same reason. My reason to asking 75 is because it is a completed project, which i do not have time for anymore and currently I need at least $50 to replace my car stereo

Not really, you guys kept going on how you feel it should be a lower price. I like where it is.
Also, by talking about setup I mean the plug in and server in general. And to interested people, if you want things changed on the plug in I would be glad to do so. I can also add more features!

You could sell the full setup (files and plugins only) for $20 and sell it more then once.

You could make more then $75 after 5 buyers.
