First of all I want to say that I don't own this bot and nor am I apart of their team in any way.
The reason this ticket bot is so amazing is because:
1. The owner listens to all the suggestions and decides whether they are acceptable
2. For simply voting every 3 days, you can get an exclusive feature that allows you to create menus in the tickets. In which the users can react with to say whatever option they need, which brings up another menu.
3. Blue (the Owner) is very kind and friendly, and whenever you have a question or a suggestion he responds within 24 hours.
4. Whenever you close a ticket, the bot sends the logs of it to your dm's. This is a really great feature, as it allows you to use the logs as proof if someone either doesn't remember something from it, or if someone is making up false information about the ticket.
5. All the menus are FULLY customizable.
