I'm working on a server setup that I plan to list. Before publishing, I want to make sure that all included plugins comply with copyright laws and EULA.

What are the best practices for verifying that a plugin is safe to include? Are there any specific tools or checks I should perform to ensure that no licensed or non-redistributable content is included in my setup?
