Hi,

Here is a big dark fantasy themed faction spawn I built with Sak_Kraft . We are willing to sell it for around 150$.
We are selling it exclusively.

It contains :
- A spawn room
- Crates
- An enchanting area
- An anvil area
- A shop area
- A dark fantasy themed castle
- A giant skull with a tower on top of it
- Several houses (you can make rooms for whatever your server needs inside them) & other decoration elements

I'm going to give you my honest opinion; the build is good! I am not trying to brag, however, I have been a builder (seller) on MC-Market for over a year now - I'd say that I am quite experienced on pricing for a build. For me, I charge by size. I understand that most sellers do not do the same as I would, but that's just me.

Let me cut to the chase...The price is way too high for something like this. Yeah, it's nice, but I can guarantee you that you are NOT going to get $150.00 USD for this. If it were a custom build, then maybe. But in this case, you're selling pre-made work, so that does drop the value some.

As said by a user above, I recommend lowering the price to at least $30-35 as a BIN (Buy it now) for its size. Even if you wanted to, you could even auction this and have a better chance at making the sale.

I also understand that you have stated already that you are not willing to lower the price some. And that's okay! But you'd be fortunate at that point to sell it. But for $150.00, you've come to the wrong forum. Now, I can say that if a large network owner sees this, there is a very small chance of you selling it for that price.

Please don't take offense in this post, or think of it as a negative comment. Think of it as advice or help from someone who is experienced (like others who have commented above.)

xExecutorx Hi, yes I know how hard it is to sell a premade map at that price, especially on mcmarket, but I still want to try as I sometimes get lucky and am able to sell things for a good price here. If it doesn't work I can still try to sell it non exclusively on schematic store, I will see. Thx for your advice tho!
