Your resume isn't quite a management standard when it's laid out awfully, in my opinion. Firstly, you've not provided sufficient proof of the claims you've made; working for them servers. You haven't offered what you did for the servers or even the timeframe.
Your strengths are not very standardly to me; they're fundamental and essential skills, and shouldn't be pointed out. They're irrelevant, and they need to say something that someone else doesn't have. Things you don't do, yes glad you've got them, but some I don't like. If you cannot work with another manager, instead of thinking you're the best manager and able to do all of it, then you're wasting your time trying to get into management. It's horrible, unprofessional, and immature to think like that. Working in a team is essential for management and in-real-life events. Learn to do it while you can.
A resume is always relevant to have, make this thread design and upload your resume to a google document, in my opinion.

Bruv like if you want to criticize people do it over private chat. Seriously you are putting a bad name for yourself, 'I'll write this in the same format you wrote your "resume"'. Are you serious? Instead of pointing out the bad things and discouraging the person maybe giving him pointers and tips. I don't care if you are such a good manager, your attitude towards this person who just wants experience and to advertise his management already tells the type of person you are.
Don't listen to this crap person Bighead. I do recommend creating a portfolio to make it more professional and also add some evidence about your experiences.
You are, indeed, somewhat, correct. The attitude is whack, but... tell me this. If you cannot take criticism, then don't get in management. Management is filled with it, it's a competition, it's a game, it's a task, and it's the resource. If you cannot provide it first hand, then I see no hope. I comment on most management threads I see, and I'll give them some feedback for them to figure it out.
I appreciate your opinion on my attitude, but it's irrelevant when it's unrelating. Management isn't "Oh sweet cheeks, don't listen to him"
