Bilgewater/Pirate theme faction spawn

Looking for a build team to purchase a clean spawn for my faction. I'm looking for it to be pirate based. If any of you are familiar with the champion Gangplank from league of legends, thats a theme I'm shooting for. I want this to be a smaller spawn say 75x75 to 100x100 that leads to portals for warp wild, warp pvp, warp nether, etc.
