Hello everybody, I am an Admin on the up and coming server Blokamc.com that will feature several popular gamemodes, including HCF, Skywars, Practice, Kitmap, and more to come in the future.

Currently, we are hiring a few builders and a developer to help further the progress of our network. This thread will be more focused on the Developer side of things. If youre interested in becoming a Builder, there will be a similar thread in that section aswell.

For Developers, its a little different. We will need proof of some custom plugins/other work that you have created. We already have some plugins installed onto the server, but we are looking for some custom work and developers who are intrested in bettering the server. Developers will need to put at least 5+ hours of work into the server a week. We dont need new and fresh plugins every week, just hop onto the server sometimes, and if you think the server could use some improvement with the plugins, go right ahead. Similar with builders, failing to reach the activity criteria, using other Devs plugins/work, and intentionally developing faulty plugins to sabotage the server will result in a demotion, and depending on the severity of the incident, possibly a ban. All developers will recieve 10% of profits from the server gains.

You're not going to find any developers that will work for server profits on this site. Try PlanetMinecraft.

Majority of the developers don't care about profits. They just wanna get paid for their work and dip. Nothing is more worse than putting time and effort into something to get nothing in return at the end.

Alright, ill speak with the owner about what we can do with prices for the Developers work.
