(note, all my prices are completely negotiable and not set thus you will not see them listed out publicly)

1. All prices are in USD unless specifically agreed upon.
2. The buyer/client has to pay 50% before I begin any artwork and 50% after (unless chosen due to convenience to pay 100% first) and will only receive a watermarked final version until the full payment has been made.
3. I reserve the right to decline any commissions before payment for any reason.
4. I reserve the right to use what I make for you in my portfolio (whether it be on a website, YouTube channel as a Speed Art and etc.).
5. I reserve the right to any artwork I create for you. This means you may not claim it was created by you, or resell/redistribute the artwork without my consent.
6. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in action. I also do not issue refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission. Upon this event, if I have not completed work past a sketch, you will receive a full refund. However if I have worked beyond the sketch, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
7. I reserve the right to decline or ask for additional payment for edits or sudden changes to the original art piece.
8. I only accept payments through PayPal.
9. You reserve the right to request free small changes within 7 days of your purchase.
10. If you do not pay 100% of the owed amount within a reasonable amount of time, I reserve the right to resell, redistribute or use the art you did not pay for in any way I see fit.
11. You can decide on whether to pay in Goods & Services or Friends and Family. In either payment method, you must cover the fees.
