Bookcase Plugin

I would like a plugun that works with Paper that will allow the storage of books in bookshelves. Only Books/Enchanted books. I would like the bookshelves to still function as normal with enchanting.

Will this need updating as Minecraft versions update? If so, how much each time an update is needed?
