Hello! I would love to help you build up your servers! i have been building for a number of years now and would love to finally have people come to me!

i am a very quick builder, and you can get a custom spawn, i can do all types of spawns from factions to mini-game hubs

because of past events that have caused me to get scammed, i have an upfront fee of $10, after wards we can discuss what i will be paid.

my general rates are $5 every 50 blocks squared.
but to get an idea(this includes the upfront fee):

50x50 - $10
100x100 - 150x150 - $15-$20
200x200 - $25-$30
300+ - $35-$40​

these prices are just for an idea of what it will cost, they are not firm and can be negotiated
i can discuss more details if you hire me,

Raise the prices,Get a thread design, have proof that tou made the builds, EX: Take pictures saying "IamAtlas" MCM.
