Just being honest, I dont think you'll have much luck finding a builder as you dont have any positive rep / vouches and prison mines can cost quite a bit (since you probably need 23+), try purchasing non-exclusive mines which are very cheap. Hello I own a build team and we can do this for you. You say you don't have a lot of money currently but that doesn't mean you don't have any, therefore we will be charging 25%-50% upfront, if you're interested contact me on discord (Lexxonist#3660).
