Hello ! This is a thread introducing, explaining and recruiting Builders & Designers for the newly created building project: "Project Longview"
What is Project Longview?
Project Longview is an ambitious building project, that aims to create a stunning world ranging from all different architecture styles, from Modern to Medieval. It aims to create an impressive scale. Throughout Project Longview you will find mountaintops, beaches, modern city skyline, cozy suburban villages, medieval villages, western towns and more.
The vision of Project Longview is to make a beautiful-looking map, which after completion can be used for RP or other purposes.
This is the map. It is custom made to fit our needs perfectly. However we are also looking for experienced MCEdit or Worldpainter people, to further advance our map.
This is the original rough plan for the capital city, we have slightly tweaked it since.
This is our current progress.
Keep in mind this is just the modern part of the map, we also need medieval and western builders.
Why join Project Longview?
You should join Project Longview to experience and become a part of a building project on an epic scale. If you enjoy building and want to become a part of something bigger, this is for you.
Requirements
To become a part of this project you must:
- Be the age of 14 or above
- Have substantial previous building/designing experience
- Have discord
- Remain active on the server
Your role

As a builder you will be the front frontier of the server, creating and building the cities and villages as well as landscapes depending on your specialty. Upon recruitment you will pick a team to join, for instance Team Capital, Team Western, or similar. Then, together-with your team you will construct a beautiful village, landscape or city.

As a designer you will create the layouts of cities or villages. You will help picking the different names for the cities, the locations, the architecture-style, etc. All this will be done in cooperation with me and the other designers.
