Hello, I am one of five owners of the up-and-coming practice and factions server, Linthix. Our goal is to make the communities of practice and factions as they were when they were great. Currently, we are looking for builders, developers, managers, and trial-mods to make this server a success.
Builders: When builders are brought onto our team, their main responsibility is meeting the building needs of the server. We need builders right when we start working on a new project to ensure the accurate release date. Please attach your portfolio of what builds you have done for other servers if you are interested in joining our build team.
Developers: We are in need of developers for the simple fact that in the near future, we hope to expand our network to other unique game modes. Developers that we bring onto our team must be able to write and comprehend a variety of coding languages. We hope that they will be familiar with one or more of the following:
Spigot API
Java
MySQL
Bungee Cord
Managers: Linthix is currently looking for managers with past server-managing experience to sufficiently grow and maintain our staff team. As our server is pvp-based at the moment, our managers will be responsible for recruiting staff members and training them to be able to efficiently and effectively screenshare. Also, our managers will be in charge of running the staff team as they see fit using their prior experiences as a baseline. Whether it be a strike system for demotions or a one-and-done type of deal, we trust that our managers will be able to be responsible for their work.
