I think they should get unbanned, since some were reputable members.

If they DO have to make a new account, it's because all the info gathered about them while they were underage had to be removed.
But once they turn the legal age... It won't matter anymore.
But the account isn't deleted of the forum, it's still there. There profile is still there.
You deserve to be banned for telling the truth?
I am not really taking a side, but here are my opinions.
Keep the standard: You dont want underaged people to come to the market with bad grammar and unprofessionalism. They arent mature enough to handle their parents credit card. They arent old enough for real jobs which may encourage scamming. Also, its pretty much illegal as stated before in the first place (giving personal info).
Remove it: i remember when i was underage and wanted to do things but wasnt able to. It sucks cause you have to wait years to do something you really want to. For example, riding roller coasters and being short. Wanting to drive but not being 15 and a half, etc. Only a small percentage of young people are smart enough to take care of themselves on the internet, but that isnt enough.
All in all, the 13 yr old standard has to be kept. Reasons given to support this statement overpower reasons given to support underage children to use the forums. I do feel bad for the kid who got banned, he seemed like a good person. But you gotta do what you gotta do.

It's a market, not a gaming forum. Most people use this site to buy and sell accounts and do server related tasks. Users under 13 may be more vulnerable to be scammed, and manipulated into giving money which they might not even be theirs.
You can get a temporary license at 15 and a half which lets you drive with a parents, but not by yourself. At 16 you can pass your drivers test and you get a probationary license which means you can drive alone, with family, or one other person who is not related to you. 9 months later you have complete freedom to drive with more then one other person.
No but it doesnt make it right that the poor kid suddenly got banned due to the fact that he just wasnt quite old enough; something that he couldnt change. The kid lost money to the site, I feel kinda bad for those who got banned I personally think they need to just lie about their age and come back who tfk cares, I know everyone set on this "Fuck the 13 yearolds" thing but if your sayin that your probbbably 13 yourself :/
