Bungee Host/Server Dev - Looking for a Faction server owner

Introduction
Hello, I'm a front end engineer (web and software developer), aka, an adult.
I currently own a undedicated but fast bungee server, a hub server, and a survival server.
I have a friend who owns a OP Prison server who is also connected to my bungee server and I have other server projects in the making that will soon join the bungee server.

I recently lost my faction guy/community and I have a proposition for server owners out there.

What I am looking for:
I request a faction server or some other server, already with a thriving community (10-30 people on at any given time is ideal). If you have a domain, even better. My idea and business plan is for you to join my bungee server (as a slot) in the hub menu. If you have a domain, that will replace what it is currently and all of your current players will still be able to access that faction server or whatever server it is you own, but they just join a lobby/waiting room beforehand. Before they click to join the faction server (your server), they will see other servers as well that are part of the community and will have the options to play survival, prisons, or the soon to come minigames, skyblock, kitpvp and whatever else. Your people are your people, but they will be able to view other servers a part of the same community banner.

IDEALLY, if you have a domain already that you are allowed to change to a different IP address, it would be in our best interest for you to change your domain to the bungee IP (showed below) and after making those changing to get you setup for bungee in under 5 minutes, your server will relaunch EXACTLY the same. Only difference is when your users click to join your server, it will go to the hub instead (first), and from there they can and will select the "Factions" sub-option in the interactive GUI menu, but they will have the option each time to play other servers.

What I can provide:
-I design software and websites for a living. If you want help or a website designer in general, I will gladly help you (sample of my work: http://volorion.boards.net/ NOTE: it says it is a theme by Ellie of Twicebaked, but I am just using her custom font "Steelfish"; the code, red matrix-like gif in the background, etc was all designed and customized by me). If we work together, we are more than welcome to use that site as the forum, just changing the name, URL, logo, color schemes, etc or make something new is fine too).
-6-7 years of experience hosting minecraft servers (assistance on server issues if you need them)
-A high quality playground (bungee network of other servers) for your faction server, whenever your people want to take a break, have their friends join that don't like factions, or play minigames, team fights or whatever else, my network can provide.
-Help with server configs and art (we are all partners here). I like to help people be successful and I have Photoshop CC (6.5), Illustrator CC, and more and love to create unique art (been doing it for years).
-Eventually, I will be able to make my own community (under your server domain name of course) to these other subservers and will make our several small communities into 1 big one. This also works for voting. VoteSend is a plugin that allows you to populate all of the subservers with the same "_____ user voted" and as a result, no matter what server people play, all of our votes will compound, and each server can customize their own vote rewards for their people when a user votes.

Is it safe?
I, nor any of my team, will ever require access to your minecraft host, console, ftp or be a staff member on it. You are the king of your own server. Everything I need to do to your host to get your server set up on the network, can be done in under 5 minutes and I am exceptional at technical writing to help guide you in the process (and I can even make videos for you if you need help). As for any configs or plugins, I can and will always provide you with the files and all you need to do is add them if you don't want to bother yourself with the customizations.

How do you know I won't scam you?
I will never have access to any of your files, I will never ask for a cent from you, and in the event we get your server set up for bungee and I don't let it connect or whatever else, all you have to do is turn your server back to online mode, set bungeecord (ipforwarding) to true in your spigot.yml file, and then delete the IPWhitelist and Tab plugin I will provide you.

- 167.114.172.109:25587 is the IP for bungee server (feel free to check it out, the hub, and the survival and OPPrison servers. (NOTE - kitpvp and factions are gone - due to one of my partners wanting to quit hosting)
- The spawn of the Hub server (the lobby) I paid for, but, it was not an exclusive sale, so others may have the opportunity to have something similar.
- The spawn for OPPrison and Survival are 100% unique and very well-liked.

- Supports Minecraft version 1.8.8 to 1.11.2 (YES, it does, just join and find out) - I strongly prefer you have a 1.8.8 Spigot server and then have whoever you want above that join, but exceptions can be made like CraftBukkit, Spigot 1.9, etc.
- I could always just keep adding partners and individual servers, but this advertisement/request is for a FACTIONS server (ideally) with a COMMUNITY already attached to it. You get to keep your domain and claim all of this is a part of your network, and I get to create a playground for your users and allow a few random strays here and there to see my and my 3 person-team's work. All the money you make is YOUR money. I will never take a cent from you. If a user just happens to go to OP Prisons or Survival and pay for something though, that is my team's money, but I am not in this for the money, nor is my team: merely to entertain and keep building new servers.

Did you even bother to read what I wrote above lol? It is an easy way to grow your community and it only takes 5 minutes. Sometimes you don't want to just play the same faction server 24/7, maybe you want to do something like a minigame while you wait for a friend to get on factions, well this provides a "playground" to keep your community on and encourage others to join that might not like to play factions.

I'm not sure why you opened with an insult, but I'm sorry you prefer the really distracting, random-shit-everywhere enjin or whatever other sites lol. Like I said, we could use the design of the one I have, but I said I'd help make a new one.

Also like I mentioned (in the actually post above), I have knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, software and web design (CSS, HTML, Javascript), and I can assist in making your website, logo, and whatever else I can do to help make you and thus us successfully. If in 5 minutes you want to just make a giant change worth announcing and grow your server's reputation and brand then join me. It doesn't cost a thing and you can leave any time and the transition back will be seamless, nothing will be lost. I even detail how to do this above.

Also what you see is not what I am offering; once I get somebody that actually wants to be a part of the process, I will feel even more motivated to continuing building creative, skyblock, kitpvp and minigames on the server. If I am being bashed for only have 4-5 servers up and not the game modes people want to play, then I'm sorry. My idea of a partnership is being a part of the unveiling, helping provide incite etc; if you expect me to have all 10 of these some servers up for months while I try to find a partner, you are delusional (that would be so much NEW stuff to people that they wouldn't even bother giving it the time of day). I am doing this for the process: I like being in small-business startups, even if it is all just for fun.
