Buying a simple message plugin

Hi, I would like to purchase a plugin so that when players run certain commands, it will return text. For example when they do /essentials, it will say Unknown command. Type "/help" for help. because that will be preset in the config. I would also like to be able to specify whether this broadcasts all the time or only when a player does not have permission. For example in the config it would say:

Command: "/essentials"
Return: "text"
Only if no permission: false

So if people do not have permission it will return the text, but admins can still do it and it will be like normal.

I don't recommend buying this from anyone because I'm sure there are free plugins on spigot to stop players from doing commands like ex. /help, /pl and etc, You shouldn't be charged for a simple plugin that you can find free on the internet.[DOUBLEPOST=1502068864][/DOUBLEPOST]Try this, After 30 seconds of research I've found this plugin https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/disablecommands, Its not gonna send a message but it'll disable players from using commands that you don't want them to if they don't have a certain permission.

Thanks a bunch but I actually need it to broadcast commands for what rank you need to execute a command, and to hide what plugins we have. For example /essentials saying the default unknown command message, and /pv saying "you need rank x to use this command!"
