Hmm, you should also specify what areas of gamemodes you'd like. For example: Pvp, Minigames, etc. I also like to add that creating your own server from the ground up gives much more experience and is generally more fun. With your posted budget you could create a decent looking server with a nice playerbase rather than taking over one with players you don't know. Although, that's just my suggestion. Do as you wish.
