I am currently looking for someone who is selling a xenforo license whos willing it to sell for $100 or less which is my preferred option. If you have a deal that you would like to offer let me know and we can negotiate the price and everything. (LET ME KNOW AND WE CAN SETTLE THE PRICE)

You mostly likely won't find anyone who will be willing to do this as they would be losing money themselves. Plus, you're a very new user.

Most people buy a XenForo licence because they are actually going to use it, not spend $140 for no reason.

1-Get a sever and buy a XenForo license for it
2-then the server may go down for reasons..
3-Have no use for the license after you have already used it
4- sell it
