Use 1&1 as they offer your first few domains for $1 a year. Also, free domain privacy which is a must.

Not really no, make a cname pointing to the same ip

I think it's obvious this user is not experienced with anything to do with web hosting, that won't be very helpful to him.

OniNoby look up "use domain on minecraft server" on youtube and you will get some tutorials on how to do it once you've got your domain, your players will not need to use the new domain you have, they can always connect through the numeric IP.

I ment i have 2 ip's one is number one is word they will have to figure out the number one then cause 100% of all the player are using the words
