Cant connect to any server.

So basicly i was at my friends house with my computer and the next day when i came home all servers stopped working, The server only says "Connecting to the server" When i click on it. And after ive waited it says "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:" But i can join number IPs apparently.

Ive tried some different solutions, Heres some of them!

- Flushing DNS in cmd.

- Changing version of Minecraft.

- Adding 25565 in firewall on both TPC and DCP.

- Adding DNS to Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

- Reinstalling Minecraft.

- Restarting my Computer.

- Turning off my firewall.

- Restarting my modem.
