HELLO! I am _Soraka_, otherwise known as Irun4Iron. I go by Nic, and am 15 years of age. I am currently an independany builder seeking opportunities to build for growing or newer networks who have a small budget.
EXPERIENCE
I AM A FAIRLY experienced builder who is very familiar with many professional building techniques, however, I am no professional by any means. I have never necessarily built for any given server, I joined a few professional build teams a while back, however, didn’t have the time to actively build, so a resignation was imminent.

TERRAFORMING I can effectively use Voxel Sniping tools to create natural and beautiful-looking terrain. As well as Sky-related builds such as SkyWars Maps, or SkyBlock-related projects.
MEDIEVAL I am experienced with the medieval aspect of building. It was one of the first themes I taught myself how to build, and has stuck with me and has grown to become one of my strongest skills when it comes to building.
STRUCTURE I am experienced in structural designs and building details.
LAYOUT I can effectively create a convenient layout of the blue prints for the requested build(s). This will ensure that the build is done to your liking, and at the same time in a convenient layout for the players’ practical use.
MUCH MORE! There are many more minor skill sets that I have been able to procure over the years, however, are too minute to even mention.

I AM CHEAP! Although I am cheap, that doesn’t automatically equate to lack of quality. You can expect high quality builds at an extremely affordable price.
I CHARGE on commissions, as every builder does, and rates vary depending on order, size, time frame, etc.
