Ram: 48GB DDR3 or 24GB DDR3 if you want I guess
Storage: 1TB SATA
Bandwith: 10 TB - 1 Gbps port

$35 to $70 is the going rate per month for L5520/L5630 48GB machines.
It will depend mainly on how well you can brand it, location, network and support.
We used to rent those out for $49/month while others I know are $60-$70.
But the CPU is getting older, I may suggest upgrading to X5670s as you can bring more monthly.
