Cheap Server Configuration

Hey guys, I'm preety new to mc-market, but I'd like to see how things here play out! I'll be doing server configuration for hire! Unlike a lot of other server configuraters/sellers I plan on not selling premade servers, every server I sell will be custom made and tailored to the buyers wishes. How I plan on doing things is we add each other on Skype, then I question you on what exactly you want set-up and details about it. The server would be made to the buyers wishes. Once we discuss what exactly you want on your server, prices may change slightly but below is a rough estimate how much each type of server would cost.

KitPvP - $10 ( fully custom )
Factions - $20 ( fully custom )
SkyBlock - $15 ( fully custom )
Minigame/Hub - $10 ( fully custom )

*note: I will make the server setup not the spawn/builds, I can sell the spawn / map for An additional $7-15
