I can't really tell if this is worth, Also an HCF Core in my opinion since i have worked and known quite ex-developers from some known hcf cores, unless you are a moneywhore and just want money, You are selling it to overpriced lol, There is shit tons of hcf cores and some of them are decent for any kind of HCF Server and those hcf cores are being sold for only $80 Max or $100, Not only that, I honestly wouldn't pay $250 for an HCF Core unless i'm a white rich kid that makes music videos on youtube, Just saying as a personal opinion, The HCF Core is no near worth even thought its an ''exclusive'' core for your server only, I think its way to overpriced, I have seen known devs selling cheaper lol

Your probably thinking of Notorious. Maybe you should think about all the other cores like many forks and iHCF, its over $100.

700 is literally nothing compared to my rent, I pay $5800 a Year just for my appartment which is huge but low balled
