I am the Founder and one of the Investors of Night Narnia Network; I am looking for Good Staff who fits in our friendly yet serious work environment, candidate applying here should fall above the requirements mentioned below:

1| Administrator (1/3):
Requirements:
  • Should be older than 18 years and mature.
  • Should be dedicated and hardworking
  • Should be very trustable and have been part of the team for at least 3 weeks
  • Make the server better by doing development or Staff Management.
  • Know what they are dealing with.
  • Have proof of experience in a similar work environment.
Job Description:
- Should be focusing on Improving the server by Development, Staff Management, Advertising, Bookkeeping, or even by Investing

2| Plugin Manager (2/3):
Requirements:
  • Should be older than 18 years and mature.
  • Proof of working in any other Server on a similar post.
  • Have made or could make custom configurations (Good Ones).
  • Should have great knowledge of plugins and configurations.
Job Description:
- Develop the server using 3rd Party pre-made plugins and custom configs.

3| Discord Manager (0/1):
Requirements:
  • Should be older than 17 years.
  • Can Manage bots of any kind
  • Can create Good looking Discord Channel setup and Roles setup
  • Have any proof of experience of Discord Management

- Manage Everything related to Social Media

4| Assistants:
Requirements:
  • Should be older than 17 years.
  • Can handle Forums, Applications, Events, and YouTube Channel
  • Have experience of working on a similar post in a Minecraft Community

5| Server Moderators:
Requirements:
  • Should be older than 16 years.
  • daily average playtime on our server above 2.5 hours.
  • Should know basic Minecraft Server command and about Minecraft Game modes and MIni-Games.
Job Description:
- Moderate Minecraft players; Help players if they have any problems; Report Bugs.

6| Discord Moderators:
Requirements:
  • Should be older than 14 years.
  • Discord daily average online time 4-5 hours
  • Should have patience and time to handle discord users
Job Description:
- Reply to tickets in the discord server and help users by answering their queries.

Paid staff have to work for 2 weeks as a trial so we can judge employee's capabilities and know if he/she is trust-able personality. If you got a Resume just fill out this form, I and my team will contact you.

Damn, when did having fun leave the MC community?
Can't believe that minecraft has turn into a NDA sausage-fest...
Once you turn your server into a place where staff feel like actual workers rather than keepers of the peace, that's how you know you've failed.

Tip for my fellow developers and systems administrators, never work for a network that has you go through a legality clause or NDA of any sort. If anything you should be the one presenting a legal contract because it's your work, your ingenuity and code not theirs..

If you have any doubts DM me and know more; And the reason I have a new Account is because My Old A/C got banned for using multiple accounts, Yeah it was my fault!
And the reason of NDA is because I don't want my server files to be leaked, because once it was close to a happen; But Still I respect your feedback and will remove the NDA clause of the post.
