Co-Owner for potential project

Hello,
So for a quick summary, I am looking for a partner to further progress a potential project of mine. I still am in the earliest part of this project.

I am 15 years old and have owned 3 servers. In all honestly, 2 failed one ended up doing really well. SupremePvP is now owned by a new owner.

I want a partner with enough experience to understand what to do, how to manage staff, how to fix problems.

Now for the part, everyone wants to know about...
It will be a 50/50 split in all earnings. I do however expect a good partner to invest some of his money into this project.

Requirements:

- Above 15 years of age. Why? because I've servers with people who were immature and it failed because of them.

- Be able to dedicate time. I'm not expecting you to make this a full-time job. I just want you to spend enough time to actually be impactful.

- Timezone doesn't matter too much but someone in NA would be good. If your EU or AU it isn't the end of the world

- Must have experience. You need to have owned a server or have knowledge about servers. Such as configuration, fixing small issues, how basic plugins work (essentials, perms, world edit)

- Must be able to invest in the project. I am not asking someone to spend thousands of dollars but helping out on some payments is always nice. I don't want a freeloader with me.

Those are somewhat important. If any are missing for you that's fine as long as you can compensate with another of your attributes

What I offer

I am not asking for all this of someone if I don't bring anything to the table.

- I am 15 which may seem young but I have a mature personality.

- I spend more than 2 hours a day working on my computer or playing games so I will be able to help out at any time.

- As I have already mentioned I do have experience as an owner. I also have had many staff jobs on a number of servers.

- I have some money to spend and I have already purchased many different plugins, terrain, and maps.

The server will be factions and if all goes well I plan on expanding to other game modes.​
