Hey, Guys, my name is Amaechi Janneh I am the Vice Chairman of CodeRed Hosting PTY LTD. We are are a hosting company specializing in Dedicated Servers, Teamspeak Servers, and Minecraft servers. I am looking for these following positions to be filled:

Chief Administrative Officer:
As the Chief Administrative Officer of CodeRed Hosting, you will be responsible for these following tasks:

• Provide input in business and strategic planning

• Set goals for departments and individual managers

• Collaborate with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements

• Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations

• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting

• Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate the performance

• Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner

• Assume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management or regulatory agencies

• Assist in other tasks (e.g. fundraising) as assigned

Chief Marketing Officer:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be working with our marketing team in developing our brand. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company

• Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands

• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives

• Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

• Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”

• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)

• Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

• Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

Chief Human Resources Officer:
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be leading our HR department, overseeing all career paths within the company, creating policies that will make us a more productive, inclusive workplace; and crafting an HR strategy that meets our goals. You will also be responsible for these tasks:

• Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

• Formulate career development plans

• Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer

• Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups

• Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)

• Supervise HR Directors

• Evaluate training and development programs

• Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions

• Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools

• Ensure HR plans to align with our mission and business objectives

Chief Legal Officer:
As the Chief Legal Officer, you will be responsible for our legal department for our whole organization. You will also provide counsel to the Board of Directors, Management Team, (CEO, COO, and other senior members), You're daily tasks will include:

• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
• Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs
• Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities
• Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large
• Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues
• Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team
• Managing a team of corporate counsel and other members of the legal department

• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
• Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs
• Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities
