Coding small plugins for free

Hello!

I've been learning how to code bukkit/spigot plugins for a while now and wanted to try to make a few SMALL plugins for anyone that wants/needs one. I'm just trying to add some plugins and such to my portfolio and maybe a few vouches if anyone wants to help me out. All you have to do is reply with what the plugin will do and if there are any commands or permissions that you want the plugin to have.

When a player dose /FF or /ForceField it puts a 5x5 bubble around the person and when a players walks in to it, It pushes them back with the ender dragon wing flap noise
