Hello, I’m Schomacker, but many just call me “Scho”. I’m 17 and live in Denmark. No BS, let’s go straight into it:
This is what I do, and can do:
1) Administrate a structured staff rank system. (It would include: Trial-Mod, Mod, Head-Mod, Admin, Head-Admin, Manager, Head-Manager, etc.)
2) Manage a well organised and working Discord, for the server who hires me. This would be used for general communication, announcements, staff-chat, server info/help, etc.
3) Use logic and justice to deal with hard issues, and formal communication, when appropriate.
4) Assist in making fair, complete and well-written rules.
5) Use in-depth knowledge of the game, to solve and prevent in-game problems.
6) Dedication to the project.
My Limitations:
1) The server related technical stuff, like fx: Setting up a server, making/adding plugins, coding, etc.
2) Financial details and donator things.
What I’m Looking for:
First thing would be that it needs to be professional - don't want a 9 yo kid as my boss, nor an unserious 27 yo.
I want to either join a well-established server, that needs my help to re-structure it, OR a semi-new server that needs my help to set up a complete structure.
If you contact me and tell me what your server is all about, I will judge it, and see if it's what I'm looking for.

You might ask: “Where would you go in this system”, and that’s a very good question. I would say Manager or Co-Owner, depending on the type of server, the deal at hand and our conversation about it (if you contact me).
Another concern would be my experience, do I have any? Yes, I do. I have been on numerous staff teams, so I know what it’s like to be a staff member on a server. I also currently co-run a town and a faction. My job there includes promoting, discord, helping, etc. If we then talk real life, I have been in a class, for a year, that taught Personal Development and Leadership - And I have been educating myself on the sideline too. All of this has given me the complete skillset listed above.
Now all of this could just be a stream of lies, so I would advise you to bring me in on trial first - I first show you what I can do, and my proposals for what I would do; Discord server, changes to current setup and rules, etc.
