Hello Everyone!
My name is Adin, and I am the owner of Survival State Network, a 1.21-1.21.4 Towny server that is taking vanilla to its limits. We are currently looking for a Community Manager to help grow our community and become one with our community. ST is a very different type of towny with many custom features. We strive to be all community oriented with almost 90% of the suggestions for changes coming from the players. With plugins like MythicMobs and Model Engine, we are able to push the RP to the limits.
We are looking for a community manager that has a bit of experience in the past working with Towny communities. The requirements for the role are listed below:
1.) Must be over the age of 18
2.) Must have prior experience with Community Management
3.) Must have prior staffing with at least 2 other servers
4.) Interest in Towny
5.) At least 10 hours a week of free time for the server
Our community manager will be in charge of the following things:
1.) Community Events (Drop Parties, Giveaways, PvP, Ect)
2.) Keeping up with Discord Metrics
3.) Keeping up with MC Metrics (Playercount, playtime, ect)
4.) Community Announcements and Weekly Newsletter
