Terms Of Service.
1. All payments must be made 50% upfront.
2. All conversations regarding commissions are being logged, any attempt to chargeback via Paypal or though your bank will result in NCC showing any and all chat transcripts as well as the completed project to Paypal / Bank As well as the user being banned on NCC.
3. Chargebacks are forbidden. If a client has a problem with the product they are given they must say so before they pay the second 50%. Once the full 100% has been sent all sales are final. All refund requests can and will be denied.
4. It is not the responsibility of NCC to get all of the details for your commision correct, You are held liable for any misunderstanding that may or may not occur.
5. The user will incur a 6% fee on all commissions on top of the agreed upon service charge. This is to cover the PayPal fees. The user is required to pay these fees.
