Config Central is looking for support staff, ranging from inexperienced to experienced.
We are also looking for a plugin developer. (Experience needed)
What will your job be?
As a support staff member you will mainly be taking care of tickets. When a new ticket comes in you will ask the client questions such as budget, what service they require and more. When you've done this you will contact the head of that department, they will take care of the rest.
You will also be answering basic questions the clients have.
