Your selling a VPS not a dedi, how does it have two hard drives....
You are giving each VPS 1gb of total disk space.
Each VPS runs it’s own OS that can only be stored in that disk space, not on another drive.
Well that is just not needed, It is a mistake yes, but you shouldn't have rushed your release of a website without fixing it up and editing it a bit. But also that is not a way to treat a potential client. From first sight your plans look like a joke, but thats because of the 1GB of space. Remember that when you open your thread everyone looks at the first post (which you have put to open the thread) to see if you are worthy of there money or not. From first glance that doesn't look good.
I am no web developer but I can tell you for a solid fact, it does not take a team of web designers to edit a template. It takes 1 person and 12h-2days time depending on your skill level. Changing the stuff on that is a less then 5 minute job.
But anyway good look with sales and just a tip. Be more professional. Even though he is bitching about a simple mistake which you said you will fix.
We obviously have virtualization on our dedicated machines. We use Dell PowerEdge R620+ and HP servers for virtualization that have atleast 4 TBs of hard drives.
Im not going on about a simple mistake im trying to let him understand that a 1GB disk space on a VPS will not handle a Operting system he just doesn't get it

Why not just throw out your company number or something like that. Why do we have to CONTACT for PROOF that you are a registered business.
It kind of makes me belive its ran by kids that wants to brag about having a business number. Waauw, get over it... Just put it in your footer and thats it.

Registering a company doesn't mean much, I believe there are places which you can get this done for like £10 and its a £10 fee to dissolve the company, however dont take my word for it.

In the United States filing can be up to at least $500.00 + compliance fees that are due each year. Depending on the State, I spent roughly around $300.00 for my filing (Incfile.com)
Hello! I'm that one customer he was talking about. While I do agree that the website has stated some ridiculous things, this company is a startup company currently and is trying to get off the ground. They are also currently working with multiple ISP's to try and get themselves better connections for their customers, and are also working to provide much better uptime.
I've been fairly satisfied with my server (hell, I'm not going to complain for getting it for no cost lol), and have only very recently experienced some downtime. Most of this downtime is out of their control via weather and ISP's cutting off the internet. For the time that the server is up though, it's fast, reliable, and gets the job done quickly and effectively. Very satisfied and if I were to rate them now, it'd be a 3/5. I'm sure in the future, once their ISP's get stable enough and they work on their uptime, they'll be a 9/10 or even a 10/10.

I'm going to try and summarize what everyone here is trying to say as it looks like you're not reading any of this feedback.
1) Launch when you're finished - don't just throw an incomplete product into the market and expect instant sales.
2) Don't say you're registered at the start of your thread; it's not as professional. Instead, paste your BN into your footer.
3) ..why is your OS split onto a different hard drive?
4) Don't bring up Summerhost as it is just a big facepalm
5) Setup your Website in a professional and complete format; maybe get something custom?
