If the price is outrageously reduced from my price and we can't reach a price, I will not make a thread design for you.
1.) If you don't pay, the watermark doesn't come off. Period. It's free for me to make. It just doesn't make sense to scam if the design is already done.
2.) I show you the design at a rough copy, and we both decide when it's fully done and ready to be published.
3.) If you bail when I'm halfway done the design, actions will be taken, whether it be a negative rep point against you, or a scam report. I don't take my work lightly. Either buy one or don't.
4.) By buying, it means you've read and understand what I've put in this spoiler.
