Previous experience: I have owned 3 servers (2 of which where networks) over the past 3 years, all 3 where closed due to a fiance issues and i am now starting my own hosting company IOEHosting (Releasing on Saturday). I had been Admin, Mod and helper on a few medium sized servers/networks and Mod on a small server that didn't really go any where due to the owner not doing much do improve the server. I am on every day and can be dedicated to your server since i had quit minecraft for a month and only have just come back from my break so i do not currently have any staff positions on any server.
Why should you be chosen:
I am starting to learn Java so i soon will be able to code plugins, i currently know HTML, a bit of CSS and PHP (So if i do not get Head-Admin position, i would like to apply for web-dev or any position like that). I am very mature and i know right from wrong, I will take every discussion very seriously and will try not to make a mistake. As i have said, i have owned 3 servers in the last year, as i have had the experience, i know how to run a server and know all the fundamentals as a server owner. I have very good knowledge in most mainstream plugins like essentials, groupmanager or pex, etc and i can quickly learn how to use your custom coded plugins. I know how to look for hackers with /v and the basic techniques. I have made $40+ from selling server setups on MC-M. I can go a bit more in depth via skype if i need to and can call anytime if you need me.
About me: I am from the UK, I spend most my time gaming or learning new things about computers and technology. I am starting a hosting company and i love to code websites and minecraft servers.

Previous experience: I have previous experience with administration on many servers along with different games. I have been Moderator on many servers in the past, but those servers were small time that no one really played on, I have been an Admin on a factions server called "Reboot". I have had previous experience with being an Owner on a server that I had just for fun, had a small player base with about 5-10 people on at a time. Minecraft is not the only game I have been staff on before. I have been a Moderator on a big time Arma 2 server called Evolution Gaming (http://evo-life.net/) and played a game mode called "Island Life".
Why should you be chosen: I think I should be chosen because of the experience I have with administration with not only Minecraft but other community based games. In addition, I think I should be chosen because of how mature I am in situations that require you to be calm and respectful to the other side of the situation. Also, I do have a good bit of knowledge of Java and other coding languages. I am also able to configure plugins in a good amount of time. Another reason why I think I should be chosen is because I am able to work well under pressure and can fix a problem in a short amount of time.

Why should you be chosen: I am an excellent leader. I understand people. My goal is to make everyone enjoy themselves, and everyone gets the assistance they need. I am more than able to take a joke, as I am humorous, but I can always be serious when needed. I also have 0 tolerance towards rule-breakers. They irritate me, and it is another goal of mine to eliminate them. I also am getting well-known with plugins, and how they function. I am also currently learning how to code, so if needed, then I can help in that area. I can adjust very well to people. I can meet someone, and then almost immediately befriend them.
