Hello! About a month ago, an amazing builder named PilsCreations made me a sweet crates area for my server. Sadly though, my server changed theme therefore the crates do not fit any more.

Me and the builder, PilsCreations decided to sell the build and since I am much better at composing posts (Pils, don't get mad ;) ) I will be the one posting the thread. We are splitting the income 50/50 to be fair and square.

The build consists of a vast area with a spawn in the center and four pathways leading from it to four different crates. The theme is Jungle/Beach. The cavern is very large, about 200x200 blocks.

Since the build is so professionals made and it is so large, we will be asking for a $20 - $30 payment. We will deal as follows, the buyer will send $15 to a PayPal that I will state. The moment I receive the payment, I will send the schematic of the crates. After that, the buyer will send the rest of the money to the same PayPal.

NOTICE: ONLY 3 COPIES OF THIS BUILD WILL BE SOLD SO OFFER QUICKLY!!

Minecraft is just another part of the internet, and that's how it goes with deals on the internet.

How do people know if you bought it or stole it if there are multiple copies, though. Will they actually waste time researching just to figure out someone world downloaded a $10 build?

Proof of ownership: Agreement from the verified creator that this person has bought the map.
But in general, your concerns are valid, which is why people are more hesitant to buy non-exclusive maps.

Still, for more details I suggest you ask MrAniman2, he's one of the few people selling high-quality non-exclusive builds on here.

...how do people know? In most cases they don't even notice that build is available on multiple servers. Sure there are people who visit 3 new servers every day and they might remember build but most players stick to their servers and don't look for new ones. But in case someone notices it then it depends on server staff to provide sufficient proofs. Also it would be very good to give credit to builder and link to maps origin so players can see that you are not hiding where this map is coming from (ingame or in forum - link to builder contact info/builder social media)...unfortunately most buyers don't do that but this info would make map/server look more authentic and would clear a lot of doubts.

But honestly if map is being sold limited times then there should not be such a problems...for example exclusive maps also being world downloaded multiple times but people notice it only if map is very large and exceptional quality, it has been worlddownloaded from large server or if it has been downloaded like 100 times already.

And at the end i can say that builder will always have time to confirm that a particular server has purchased his build if that will be necessary.

Yeah just don't steal lol! It's not only bad karma but you want to keep the builders working right? If you steal from them or charge back what incentive do they have to keep helping us?

I have a legitimately downloaded free spawn from Planetminecraft right now on my server...and although it's nice and well built people complain about it constantly because they have seen it before everywhere else. So bottom line, don't steal, try not to reuse stuff because it is boring for players, blah blah. Players want original content, so lets try to give it to them.

If you need a builder for spawn, choose The13Ninjas. They built a castle drop spawn for me for only $10!
