Having a custom discord bot is a big achievement for a server, and it adds a lot to your Discord community. I am creating extremely cheap discord bots.
The base commands are as follows:
Ban
Kick
Prune
Announce
Warn
Activity leader board
Message points (to promote activity)
User report system
Serverinfo
Suggest
Urban dictionary
There will also be custom commands, unique to your server. It is possible for me to hook the bot up to an API or a database. The bot will be made in JavaSript, using the Discord.js library. I can show you my previous bots and code if you require proof of experience. 24/7 hosting is provided as standard. First, will I will give you the bot first then you can pay me. Compared to other developers, I require a very low pay.
