Custom enchantments plugin

I am searching for plugin similar to custom enchantments plugin they have on MineHeroes.net. Does anyone know about any? I am searching but so far didnt found anything similar.

I just checked crazyenchantments and they look fantastic. I am searching for some custom enchantments for my faction server. These are great that they are like on Cosmic PvP, but sadly not that developed. Do you know about any other custom enchantment plugin that would be even better than crazyenchants? (I dont mind the price)

Here is one that was on the "Spigot Premium Plugins" page. I hugely recomend looking there if you would like bukkit/spigot plugins for a great price! It's easy to use! Here is a link to one that I found. There weren't many custom enchantment plugins, but judging by the reviews on this one it by far has the BEST reviews so far!
