Custom function Discord Bot for Among Us Discord Server

Hello,

Me and my team are currently working on an Among Us Discord Server and we are looking for a developer that is cheap and can get things done fast.

There will be a voice channel called 'Click to find a party' which when a user clicks it, it looks for an available channel in a category that isn't full. Once it finds the channel it will move that user into that channel. If there are no available channels it will create one. The category has 2 channels, to begin with, which grows when there are more users.

I'm not looking for anything too big just a simple bot. Would rather in py and must get source code. Not paying anything over £30 because of its simplicity.
