Custom Minecraft plugin coder(s)

I have a server in development ready to be shared across my couple discord servers equaling over 40k members so i need some awesome plugin coders to help with this

Some plugins:
Auction
Minions
MMO skills
Quests
Custom gear/enchants

all in all its gonna have a lot of similarities to the custom plugins from hypixel skyblock but its going to be a completely different server

i have no budget, but attempting to overcharge will be noticed - i know this will cost a lot though and im fully open to the works
