Custom Plugin for Managing Player Titles/Labels (But not the display)

Hi, I'm looking for a developer to make a custom plugin I have in mind for my server.

Titles Management Plugin

This plugin will allow players to pick a title/label such as "PvP Tournament Winner" or "Guild Owner". The plugin won't handle the display of the title (I'm already using TAB to modify nametags), rather it'll expose it to other plugins as a PlaceholderAPI placeholder.

Basically the plugin should:
  • Keep a list of titles that we can specify.
  • Keep track of which players have access to certain titles.
  • Note the main title each player chooses.
  • Allow players to choose which title they want to be their main through a GUI/menu.
  • Expose the title as PAPI placeholder.
  • If possible, allow other PAPI placeholders to be able to be used in a title.
I'd like to stress again that I don't need this plugin to handle the display of the title, since I'm already using TAB to handle the display of custom nametags and it works perfectly fine.
