Custom Prison Mines (Shapes/Blocks)

Hello,
I'm looking for help with the development of a prison-type plugin for my server. I need the mine to follow a cave, rather than the traditional cube shape. I need the blocks that can be spawned in the mine to be random, as well as entirely customizable. I'm going for a cosmic-prisons type plugin, one where the blocks are turned into bedrock after they are mined. Besides that, the regular prison plugin features would be nice. Ranks, interacting with the economy, etc.
