Custom Spigot Jars

Hi MCM, firstly I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I wasn't sure whether it belongs here or in the General Discussion, and it's more of a question than a request but we are looking for a product nonetheless.

With that said, I am curious about what custom spigot jars are available. I have a Prison server and a lot of the lag that does happen comes from things like blocks breaking events and a lot of the chunk tick stuff so I am wondering if there is a jar that can move a lot of the intensive tasks on a different thread, so I don't have to buy a ridiculously powerful CPU and only really use 1 of it's threads.

Ideally something that uses all the threads and balances tasks over them nicely. If something like this does exist, I and my partner are more than interested in purchasing it. Thanks!
