Looking for a custom made build including terrain with biomes and buildings scattered around. It does NOT matter where these builds are placed and or made as long as its within range and realistic - ie: City wouldn't be made on top of a mountain

Looking for a 1.16 terrain (made with with out custom texturepack) to be built first, with the following biome ideas:

-Deep oceans, rivers, lakes and ponds
-Shallow shores
-Sandy beaches
-Islands
-Volcano Island

-Nuclear wasteland
All within 5k by 5k. (5,000 by 5,000)
Building ideas to make and put around the map:
-Prisons and jails
-Shopping malls and regular shops (like walmart)
-Cafés
-Military bases / camps
-RV parking lots (with RVs)
-Big city parking lots (carport)
-Skyscrapers (with offices)
-Cabins
-Hotels/Motels
-Warehouse
-Factory
-Boats/cruise ships/submarine/planes/cars/police car/ambulance/firetruck/trucks (crashed and not crashed)
-Clothing stores
-GameStop
-Libraries
-Train station (above ground/below)
-Airports (military and regular)
-Helicopter pads (military/hospital)

-Camps / camp sites with custom tents

(All within the custom terrain, some things like a Walmart can be made and copy and pasted around 1-2 towns and a city or two, for example. To save time)
Deadline and price unknown, would like more then 1 person(s) working on the project due to wanting to get it done within a couple months. 4-5 months max.
We've (My partner and I / co owner) have been quoted $900 USD to $8,000USD on this project so we don't actually know how much this would cost vs how long it will take.
She is saying once she launches her side of what she is doing she could get some work done for free but it has taken over a week with no updates on her or the person who she says can do it for free. And I'd rather look for people who aren't going to scam, start and stop, etc.
Requirements upon wanting to do work / being accepted for the job.
-16+ years of age
-2 or more years of experienced building and terraforming terrain
-Need a good rep sheet on MCM and vouches (Randoms wont be accept)
-A build team is fine as long as at least 1 terrain terraformed and 1 builder can be provided who won't back down / take any huge or as big commissions during this time and can priorities this as a job
-Can accept paypal / paypal invoices - Half payment upfront and half when finished
-Needs some sort of portfolio of terrains and or buildings
-Not wanting 1 and or the other, needing a team duo
-Not sure what else to add

If interested more in the project please shoot me a DM on MCM and leave a comment on the thread. If you have any questions I'll answer them as best as I can. We will be looking for early supporters / backers who will get early access to map + texturepack, etc.
Also will be looking for staff to catch hackers, rulebreakers and reinforce rules / help players.
And will need developers, plugin makers and texture pack artists who know their stuff and can make / addon to what we have already.
We have over 200 guns and melee weapons, certain bullets for guns, building blocks so you can make bases, clan homes (like a faction) set by banners, bosses, token/ in game currency drops from quests and killing zombies, custom food, armor, and more.

Will need staff in future, but for now I do not need builders.
