I'm looking to start a Practice and HCF Server soon and i need a dedi with good proformace and no lagg as it is a pvp server having no lagg will be crucial.

I recommend OVH Dedi's

Ian.D's https://leveloneservers.com provides dedicated servers with similar specs to OVH, but with much better pricing.

I have used their servers in the past with no issues whatsoever.
