I have a spare dedicated server I am currently not using and think it would be a better idea if I rent it out privately. Specs of the server are shown below

• Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition (Not Activated) (Can change to Linux)​
• 32GB DDR2 RAM​
• 64-Bit Operating System​
• Dual-Core AMD Opteron Processor 2016 2.40GHz (2 processors)​
• Dynamic IP and no DDoS protection meaning you would need to use a service like CloudFlare. (Can offer reversed proxies)​
• Full access to the server​
• Internet speeds - 19MS Ping, 62Mbps Download, 19Mbps Upload.​
• 500GB Sata Hard Drive (can be upgraded on request)​
• UPS (Backup Power) On both the router and server​

I am taking offers, price is paid monthly just like any other host.​

No, I am just looking for reasonable prices to rent it out at. Obviously because it's not got DDoS protection and company standards it won't be as expensive as other dedicated servers.
