High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Vouch, been using an RSnet machine for a few days now and couldn't be much happier with the services and price.

i have a server by them and while it doesnt quite fit what i need right now (i may be in over my head with it) they had very fast setup for the instant servers and fast support. so i would recommend :)
you cant cut out the middleman and overpriced "dedicated" servers by going with a direct host and installing the mine craft servers yourself. :)

Devouch.

When I used them a while ago, their support sucked. Additionally, I keep on receiving unsolicited spam from them with no option to opt out. (This is illegal by the way, you should read up on CAN-SPAM).
Lyphiard said this abut another provider. This is how I feel about RSNET.

Samuel, spamming you is absolutely not our intention, I hate spam as much as the next guy. We always send out unsubscribe links with what we consider marketing e-mails. The ones without unsubscribe links are usually product related updates in regard to active service. Obviously our view points may not match up here, but if you can reach out to me at [email protected] with the content of the e-mail, I'll make sure you never receive those again.

Thanks for your feedback.

I made it clear I was not going to be a client further. Lachy sent me an email. I unsubscribed from your newsletters, too.

This was a direct message - SPAM (unsolicited advertisement). That one was 6 Jan.

Sorry you received this e-mail. This wasn't a newsletter or a bulk e-mail that was sent out, it was directed specifically at you.

I'll let Lachlan know not to reach out to you again.

So what you're telling me is that Lachlan responded to you in a polite matter explaining exactly what I told you here, already removed you from his contact list, and you just posted here to troll?
I didn't troll.
Once I ended my business with you, no emails should've been sent to me.

You're clearly trolling here as the issue was resolved directly with Lachlan.

Any business that's a real business will always attempt to reach out to customers for repeat business. Big box stores do this through hidden newsletter check boxes, smaller ones tend to try to be more personalized. This is business 101, please stop trolling.

Sigh....that's why he reached out to you and then politely removed you from his personal contact list when you requested. That is not spam, that does not break any laws. Before accusing (or trolling in your case), read the CAN SPAM act.
I am not trolling. I did not want further business with you before the email was sent and I thought I had made that clear at the end of my time with you guys. You can argue this with me all day, I don't care. Lachy sent me unsolicited advertisements (spam) and that is what I don't like.

It's not unsolicited....it was directly targeted at you. You need to know the difference, you were removed immediately upon your request. Why did you come and post here AFTER you were removed?

I posted here because you guys did it in the first place. Shouldn't have been done. That's one of the many issues I've had with you.
