Majority of the portal pages are very similar to each other so I'm not surprised you found another design that resembles his. There's probably a lot more.

That is quite true, however when we consider that fact that Blake's designs are not the most generic ones around and that they do indeed look very similar we can begin to question the more sinister intentions of the OP.

One of my clients wanted a website like you'res and I was new to all of this back then so I didn't really understand Copyright issues until now.

Well it isn't my work you've copied, but rather Blake's, and for that matter I won't pursue the case any further. Simply take it as a warning and learn from it, everyone makes mistakes.
