For starters, that screenshot proves absolutely nothing. The conversation can't even be seen, and that doesn't prove he blocked you. As it says, it could mean you were talking via a server and either of you left, or, either of you removed eachother, it doesn't necessarily mean block. It's probably not the first, and he could've blocked you but not the point.
