The concept is already thought of, and will be sent to the designer. All the designer has to do is think of some buttons/sliders etc that are aesthetically pleasing. This mod has over 1000 unique users, so it's a good portfolio item to publicize your services later on.
As you can see, the current UI could use some improvement:
Payment/compensation will be very generous and discussed before starting the project.
